Following delays in despatch of Ionic Industries Limited’s Offer Information Statement (OIS) to members which resulted from delay in the mail out, the Board of Ionic Industries Limited has resolved to extend the closing date of the Rights Offer (and accompanying Shortfall Offer) and the General Offer until 5.00 p.m. AEST on 20 June 2017.
